Stephen Muller – Managing Principal

Stephen Muller is co-founder and Managing Principal of Wells Street Companies. Stephen has extensive experience in property management including the management of over 500 residential, commercial and retail units with annual revenues exceeding $18 million. Before founding Wells Street Companies, Stephen worked in a range of financial positions including strategic financial performance and management consulting for major Fortune 500 companies. His background in finance provides Stephen the skills necessary to ensure the profitability of Wells Street’s investments while providing investors with detailed property analysis and financial statements. Stephen received his BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and completed his JD, with Honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Stephen’s prior experience in financial performance and his law degree have enabled Wells Street Companies to control current assets of over $80 million. Stephen currently oversees the daily operations of the property management group.

Arthur Holmer – Managing Principal

Arthur Holmer is co-founder and Managing Principal of Wells Street Companies. Since Wells Street’s beginning in 2000, Arthur has been actively involved in real estate acquisition and business syndication. Arthur’s main responsibilities include sales, acquisitions, capital procurement, investor relations and securing of asset debt. Arthur received his BS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. Prior to Wells Street Companies, Arthur worked as a mortgage banker for a major Chicago real estate firm. He has originated over $700 million in financing in residential, multi-family and commercial transactions. Through his tenure, he has been able to forge exemplary relationships with various local and national banking and financial institutions. Those relationships have given Wells Street a direct advantage to source and finance investments opportunities. Arthur holds an Illinois Mortgage Banker’s License and an Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License.

Arthur is an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization as well as various other organizations.
